THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This Philco looks like it just came out of the factory door in 1941. Just gorgeous. The Bakelite cabinet is fantastic with a shine that glows. The crystal clear dial lens is exceptional and it glows nicely for night use. Exceptional reception across the AM band pulling in the stations with a seven-tube electronic circuit along with a strong internal loop antenna. The shortwave band will receive depending on your location and if you choose to use an external long-wire antenna. It has a hi/lo tone control. This is a very heavy radio weighing in at 14 pounds. Fully restored electronically for safe, dependable daily operation. This is one of the nicest radios I had to sell. It's beautiful! 14"W x 10-1/2"H x 7"D. |
