A beautiful wooden cased RCA with AM and shortwave bands. The dial light shows the crystal clear dial face nicely. The radio has a tone control so you can get the sound you like. The pushbuttons do function as designed, but they are not set for any specific station. This is a heavy radio at 11 pounds. I've added an external antenna for the best reception. All you need to do is roll it out behind a table or sofa etc. 12"W x 9"H x 6"D.
