| This is a small portable AM only radio. It has a flip front lid that is also the antenna; open the lid and the radio has a very nice dial with bright red dial pointer. The metal and leather and faux alligator covering cabinet has been cleaned and waxed. I have electronically gone through it and have replaced all paper capacitors and any other parts that needed to be replaced. It plays nicely for a mid-century modern radio. The metal cabinet has a few minor chips but it looks so nice I decided to leave it alone. The battery connectors are inside the back of the radio but batteries are not included. My usual 30 day unconditional warranty. |
