| This beautifully restored Ingraham cabinet radio works well and was restored with all capacitors replaced and resistors checked. It still retains its original electromagnetic speaker which gives it even more character. The cabinet has been refinished with many, many coats of nitrocellulose lacquer, which is what was used by the manufacturers. It was then polished between every five coats or so. When complete, the final polishes were done to the high gloss finish you see in the photos. This radio has the unique cabinet by Ingraham in a very Art Deco modern style. There are not many of these radios around and are sought by collectors as well as decorators. My usual unconditional 30 day warranty comes with this beautiful radio and I don't think it will last very long priced at a reasonable |
