The Crosley Super Six is a two-band, AC powered superheterodyne receiver. It has push-pull output coupled with a 6-inch electrodynamic speaker for excellent fidelity and a beautiful "mirror-dial" for tuning. The dial looks great illuminated for night use. The front, sides and top of the cabinet are walnut veneer, with a center band of stump walnut, and it was refinished with clear lacquer. It displays very well and is darker than the pics due to the use of flash. Chassis is very clean and pics are available, just email me. Grille cloth is a correct reproduction. A thorough restoration of the electronics was performed. As a result, it receives stations across the broadcast band (shortwave is not working). Short wire antenna is needed (supplied). Aux input cable was added so you can plug in an iPod, CD player, etc., and play audio through the radio. Add a Bluetooth receiver and use a smartphone. 90 day warranty applies.
