This classic 1938 Zenith is an excellent performing radio. It is a five-tube Superheterodyne, with AM Broadcast band (550-1700 KC). It plays great using a short wire antenna (supplied). The dial and tuning are excellent but the push-button selectors are not functional. The finish was beautifully restored using the finest lacquers. The filter caps and all paper caps were replaced, all tubes checked, weak ones replaced, and alignment performed to peak performance. Aux input cable (iPod, CD player, etc) has already been added (so no additional cost for that). Bluetooth receiver can be added for $30. 90 day warranty applies. 14"W x 8-1/2"H x 8"D, shipped weight 15 lbs.
