This classic 1941 Zenith with very attractive dial is an excellent performing radio. It is a six-tube Superheterodyne, with AM Broadcast band (550-1500 KC) and Short Wave band (5.5-18.5 MC) and plays great on both bands using the internal antenna. Improved short wave reception is accomplished by adding a short wire antenna (supplied). The dial and tuning are excellent and the push-button selectors all work properly. The finish was restored using the finest lacquers. The filter caps and all paper caps were replaced, all tubes checked, weak ones replaced, and alignment performed to peak performance. Speaker is perfect, chassis is super clean, has new dial cover! I've sold five of this model in the past and have had no problems reported. Aux input cable (iPod, CD player, etc) has already been added (so no additional cost for that). Bluetooth receiver can be added for $30. 90 day warranty applies. 15"W x 8-1/2"H x 8"D, shipped weight 18 lbs.
