This classic Zenith with attractive "Racetrack" dial is a highly sought-after and excellent performing radio. It is a five-tube Superheterodyne, with Broadcast and Short Wave bands (550-1700 KC, 5.5-18.5 MC) and plays great on both bands using a short wire antenna (supplied). The dial and tuning is excellent and the push-button selectors all work properly. The finish was restored using the finest lacquers. The filter caps, all paper caps, and grille cloth were replaced, all tubes checked, weak ones replaced, and alignment performed to peak performance. Speaker is perfect, chassis is super clean, no rust! This would be a wonderful addition to any collection, don't delay or you may miss it! This would also make an excellent gift! Aux input cable (iPod, CD player, etc) has been added. 90 day warranty applies. Shipped weight is 18 lbs. 13"W x 9"H x 8"D.
