THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This is a sharp looking and superb playing small tombstone radio, ready for you to enjoy. It was made by Crosley Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio. A five tube receiver (the Crosley "Fiver"), it covers the broadcast band (550-1700 KC) and has short-wave band coverage from 6 MC to 15 MC. A nice feature is the mirrored dial, which Crosley used in many models; it is lighted for night use. The cabinet was restored when I purchased it, and looks very nice; grille cloth is reproduction. The electronics are restored and original except for some tubes and all the replaced capacitors and some resistors under the chassis. 30 day warranty applies. iPod input can be added for $75. Weighs 10 pounds, 12-1/2"H x 10-1/2"W x 8"D. |
