This vintage American Bosch table/mantle radio works very well. It has really strong and clear output, partly due to the 8" diameter speaker. Broadcast band only 540-1600 KHz. The finish looks to be original and is excellent overall. The inlay is in perfect condition; there is a thin hairline crack in the dial area. The electrolytic capacitors have been replaced, and all other components checked and replaced as necessary. The 5A is a powerful radio in a small cabinet: it measures just 14"W x 9"H x 7"D.
