This classic Zenith "Cube" table radio is a five-tube Superheterodyne, with two bands (550-1700 KC, 5.6-18.5 MC) and plays great on both bands using a short wire antenna! The dial and tuning is excellent. The electrolytic and paper caps were replaced, resistors checked and replaced if out of tolerance, all tubes checked and weak ones replaced, full alignment done. Nicely refinished, has a 5" speaker and tone control. In the center-front at top it looks like the veneer is worn through, but it is a knot in the original veneer (not a flaw). Nice size at 12"W x 10-1/2"H x 9"D.
