THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This is a very nice (and large) table radio that has been restored, and it works great! All the
capacitors have been replaced with new modern equivalents, weak tubes replaced, it has been
aligned and the speaker has been re-coned. The cabinet has been restored and displays great,
original knobs are there. All controls work as they should with no binding and no scratching;
the eye tube is very bright and works great! The only flaws I see are a tiny piece of veneer
missing on left side at back at top (very hard to see), and a chip on the escutcheon to the right of
the eye tube where someone (not me) tried to tap the small nail in too hard. I have pictures of the chassis (including underside), the speaker and the flaws. If you would like to see them send me an email. 17"W x 14"H x 9"D, weight 22 pounds. |
