THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This stunning white "Coloradio" was manufactured by Crosley Radio orpoaration, and is really striking! There were several colors available, and they were commonly referred to as "Dashboard" radios, due to the similarity to automobile dashboards of the time. This example is in near mint condition with very minor touchup to a few paint chips (cabinet has original paint!). There are no cracks or scratches, and it has the original back! The chrome plated parts are in new condition. If you are looking for a near perfect example of an early 50s radio, this could be it. It plays great, has been restored electronically to like new condition: all caps replaced, all resistors checked and out of tolerance ones replaced, all tubes tested with weak ones replaced. It covers the broadcast band. It is a magnificent radio, and could be a highlight of your collection! Please see the maroon model 10-138 I have listed. 13"W x 7"H x 7"D, shipped weight 12 pounds.
