| This will test transformers and inductors and measures resistance circuits. Good cosmetic condition. An AC-powered bridge that will measure and resistance on direct reading scales, employing an electron-ray ("magic eye") tube as a visual indicator. Measures resistance, capacitance and inductance also dual-sensitivity leakage test. The high sensitivity leakage test is used for testing paper, mica & ceramic capacitors and the low sensitivity test for electrolytic capacitors. The electron-ray tube is the leakage indicator in both tests. In addition, this instrument provides direct power factor measurement on the higher capacity ranges in which electrolytic's are measured. Extremely valuable in the servicing of TV, FM/AM radio. |
