THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This radio was built by Belmont for Montgomery Ward. Its walnut veneer cabinet has been nicely refinished in lacquer as it was originally. It is AC/DC, has six tubes, six mechanical pushbuttons settable to any desired station, and a shortwave band, 9 to 12 mHz. The cabinet has one small dent at the top front edge. The dial cover plastic has darkened and shrunk a bit due to age but is still in good condition. The pushbutton covers are home-made and cover holes in the buttons that provide access for setting, easy to remove. All critical capacitors have been replaced, tubes check good. 17"W x 9-1/2"H x 8-1/2"D. About 10 pounds.
