THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Walnut veneer wood cabinet. This is a very nicely refinished and restored "farm radio;" five tubes, AM/SW, 6 to 18 mHz and performs well on both. It requires an antenna, 10' of wire (included) attached to the terminal at the rear will get local stations. 30' or more will get most anything any other AM radio will receive. Tone and volume is excellent from a heavy 6-1/2" speaker. Five mechanically operated pushbuttons are each settable to any station.Tubes all check very good and all capacitors and out of specification resistors replaced. Will include electrical diagram and alignment instructions in case it ever needs service. Included also is a power converter to adapt it to your 120 volt house power (see rear view).The converter is a new, old stock unit from about 1940 with the original box. Will pack it in its box with the radio with simple instructions for use. It also has been checked operating the radio and all old 68 year capacitors replaced. 20"W x 11"H x 12"D. Whole package,
