BC. The early Atwater Kent cathedrals are amongst the most sought after cathedral not just because they were beautifully constructed but because they had top of the line performance too.
The 558 model is one of the rarer ones and features a stunning cabinet with burled walnut highlights and its original knobs and grille cloth. The chassis is a fantastic player and has a muting control, way ahead of its time and works quite well. A lot of work goes into the electrical restoration of AK's of this age replacing all the rubber wiring, so you won't see too many done right! 19"H x 16"W x 10"D. |
