This is a very collectible little tombstone from the mid thirties. It is a superhet with five tubes, a very popular design that Crosley used in many sets to come. It plays loud and clear, my guarantee applies. I have restored it inside and out replacing all the capacitors, and out of tolerance tubes and resistors. Works on Broadcast and shortwave as well. New cloth cord, new grille cloth, original Bakelite knobs. cabinet finished in multiple coats of lacquer. New old stock antenna hank, cloth wire. Compact for its age, 12"H x 10-1/2"W x 8"D, about 17 pounds packed. |
