THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This very collectible radio has been totally restored from the chassis up. I can't find a model number on it so I can't pinpoint its vintage, but the tubes and circuit tell me it is from about 1934 to 1938. All electrolytic and paper capacitors have been replaced with new ones. All resistors, tubes and coils are tested and replaced if necessary. Even some of the rubber wires that were rotten have been replaced. After reassembly the radio was fully aligned. The radio plays loud and clear and my guarantee applies. Cabinet refinished in lacquer. There is a small veneer repair on the left top side, you can see it in the photo. The dial has three colors, green, yellow and red. It looks way better in person than in the photo. 15"W x 9"H x 7"D; 18 pounds packed. |
