THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Here is one of the last radios to roll off the Zenith production line before they shut down completely and went into wartime production exclusively until late 1945. It is a beautiful little mantle set that has six tubes and plays great. Loud and clear after a complete chassis restoration; all new caps, and resistors and tubes were replaced as necessary. New Zenith period reproduction grille cloth, new dial cover, new polarized cord for safety. Knobs are exact replicas of the original Zenith knobs (which had a tendency to crumble to bits after 70 years). 12"W x 8"H x 7"D; about 12 pounds packed. |
