THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
Here is truly a depression radio. Although it has a rather high quality superheterodyne chassis with great selectivity and sound the original cabinet was less than high end. The chassis has been completely restored with all new resistors and caps and it plays loud and clear. My guarantee applies. The cabinet was originally a "photo" finish which was shot so I stripped it off and applied real walnut veneer and even a strip of walnut burl in the middle section of the front. It came out pretty good if I may say so myself. Now it looks as good as it sounds! 11-1/2"H x 9-1/2"W x 7-1/2"D; about 16 pounds packed. |
