This is a superheterodyne Lowboy. My radio book says this model has a seven tube chassis but this chassis shows more than that. The wood case is in great shape and has an eye catching bezel and knobs. The bezel reads "Silvertone" with "superheterodyne" underneath. This console looks like this was someone's pride and joy. It has a great finish and presence. It does work but I recommend a good go through if planning on using it frequently. If interested please send me an e-mail at info@thirdbayradios.com.
