This radio was a tremendous find. Never available, this radio is a collector’s dream find. The radio was in a weathered condition and I had the cabinet refinished in a dramatic high luster lacquer finish. The radio has period correct replacement speaker cloth, a brand new green tuning eye and the knobs and plaques are all factory originals. These radios were very high end and offered a superior reception. The dial with is brightly lit, has many pre-identified stations for the fascination with both domestic and shortwave reception. The six-tube super-het chassis is a remarkably sensitive example of electronics. My technician with his 60 years of professional work marveled with the latent sophistication of the design. He has added a mini-jack for your ability to connect the radio to a modern input device. So listen to your phone or any other type of device.
