Perhaps one of the finest radios ever made, this set is a beast. If you want a tremendous player, this is about as good as it gets! This is an extremely large and heavy radio, to accommodate the huge nine-tube chassis in a fancy ornate cabinet. This radio employs the best of the super-het technology and is highlighted with a super sensitive eye tube, winking as you dial between the stations. Note the small crack in the dial, which unless you look for it, it isn't a problem. The cabinet has been refinished by a previous collector who replaced the speaker cloth with an exact reproduction. His work was very good. My professional technician has given the radio a complete repair and added a mini-jack for your attachment of any modern type of device. Note the elaborate controls to allow the tapering of the sound to your individual tastes. Bluetooth is available for only $25 additional! 21-3/4"H x 17"W x 12-3/4"D.
