Pilot 423 (1935)
(wood tube table radio w/SW)

Pilot 423 (1935)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Long considered one of the connoisseur brands of antique radios, this particular model is especially scarce. When it came to quality, few radios could match the sophistication of this production. This particular model was a particularly good one offering superior service on an eight-tube super–het chassis. So dramatic, the dial lamp assembly transits the dial to mirror which band you are listing to. Note the highly detailing and station location and identification as you would expect for "DX-ing” to an extreme. The radio offers a full range tone control which will enhance your enjoyment as a radio or as an remote player via mini-jack or Bluetooth. The cabinet is stunning with a professionally created refinish and the speaker cloth and knobs with back plates are originals. Note the radio retains the full factory original back. My tech remarked of the quality of the engineering and has returned the radio to a perfect "like new" performance. He added a mini-jack for connecting the radio to any modern device or stream effortless with our Bluetooth device for only $25 additional! 16-1/2"W x 13-1/2"H x 10-3/4"D.
