This is one of the very best radios you could wish to own. RCA made terrific radios and this model, being a high tube count and a sophisticated level of electronics, is one of the best. The nine-tube super-het chassis has dramatic levels of controls, with a tone control and damping feature. Add a large 8-inch speaker along with the monstrous cabinet makes for the finest sound. Note the brand new tuning eye which winks in a very active way as you tune from station to station. The finish is all original and in decent condition for the 80+ years and retains both the original speaker cloth and knobs. My tech has done his professional repairs and returned the set to factory like new condition. He commented how dramatic the radio plays. He added a mini-jack to the electronics allowing your connection to any modern device. Now you can listen to any content of choice from your phone, pad or computer. Bluetooth is available for an additional $25. This is a very large and heavy set at 21-3/4"H x 16-1/2"W x 12"D.
