Parmak 734 "Masterpiece" Tombstone (1937)
(wood tube tombstone radio w/SW)

Parmak 734 "Masterpiece" Tombstone (1937)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

The famed Parker McCrory Mfg of Kansas City, MO, made this radio. I have only seen three of these in 45+ years of active collecting. This radio is really a special set. The two-band radio is filled with a super advanced two-band receiver. The radio is filled with many advanced circuits that were not adopted by the industry for more than a half a decade later. The radio also has dual speakers, offering a sound and volume quality, unlike any other table set. The radio is also very unusual in size and shape. Note the curved corners of exotic striped mahogany veneers. As you can see, the condition is outstanding, and all parts are original to the radio, with the exception of reproduction speaker cloth. If you are that level of collector who cherishes the very finest and rarest sets, this is a solid find! My tech has added a mini-jack to the electronics to allow your connection of any modern type of device. Now you can listen to your personal choice of music through the radio. Bluetooth is available for only $25 additional. 22-1/2"H x 16"W x 9-1/2"D.
