Here is a very earliest AC radio. Made by Cleartone Radio Corp of Cincinnati, Ohio must be one of the earliest TRF six-tube receivers. This model is one I have not seen before, yet it plays very well for such a primitive and early type of radio. The styling reminds me of Gothic churches from an earlier time. The condition is terrific and all original with the exception of period correct reproduction speaker cloth. My technician has completed the repairs and returned the radio to factory new like performance. As an aside, this type of radio is only going to get the stronger and closest stations. TRF circuitry predated the more selective super-hets that followed an half of decade later. The mini-jack does offer an added dimension allowing you to connect any type of modern device. So use your iPhone, Ipad or iPod and enjoy the tube sound and any choice of content. Bluetooth is available for only $25 additional. 19"H x 16"W x 10"D.
