Addison 505 (1937)
(wood tube table radio w/SW)

Addison 505 (1937)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here is a most unusual table radio. The radio is really edgy in design with a highly unusual form and multi-colored back lit dial. The radio is further detailed with chrome strips banding the speaker grille bars and further accentuating the strange form. The radio is all original and retains the entire factory furnished parts. The condition is remarkable considering the age of the radio and it retains a full factory back. Les in his work with his professional repairs pointed out the unusual chassis and electronics. The radio is a four-tube super-het with a ballast, and plays on both AM and Shortwave. The radio needs a decent antenna for AM reception and due to the electronic engineering, the radio makes for an especially good radio to use the mini-jack with or without the Bluetooth add on device. The radio should provide a fine level of service. With the mini-jack you have the option of using any modern device for input and having an unlimited amount of content of your choice. Use your phone, pad, or computer or any other modern device. Bluetooth is available for an additional $25! 15-1/4"W x 8"H x 7"D.
