Zenith 807 Tombstone (1935)
(wood tube tombstone radio w/SW)

Zenith 807 Tombstone (1935)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

I love these Zenith tombstones from the 1930s. The quality of the cabinetry and performance is seldom matched by other makers. This particular model is a five-tube super-het chassis which plays on both AM and Shortwave. This example is a terrific example with a fine original finish, factory speaker cloth, and iconic "Z" wood knobs. The styling of the cabinet is a fancy "skyscraper" style and from my photos you will see the inspiration. Note the brightly backlit dial and all of the detail you would expect from a more expensive set. Les has completed his professional repairs and the radio performs flawlessly...it is a Zenith! Note the fine rayon replacement power cord for your safe operation. Les added a mini-jack for your addition of any modern device and/or add a Bluetooth receiver for an additional $25! You can now choose anything you might wish to listen to without the usual AM band limited selection. 17-1/4"H x 11-3/4"W x 10"D.
