Emerson 104 Tombstone w/Ingraham Cabinet (1937)
(wood tube tombstone radio w/SW)

Emerson 104 Tombstone w/Ingraham Cabinet (1937)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here is a monstrous eight-tube super-het tombstone from the liaison between Ingraham Cabinet and Emerson Radio. This is the largest and most sought model of the partnership. The radio plays on both broadcast and shortwave. The cabinet looks to be an older refinish and the work is excellent. The craftsmanship of the Ingraham people is well preserved and it appears to my eye to be crafted of rosewood. The refinisher preserved the factory installed speaker cloth and it is in very respectable condition. The wood knobs are original to this set. The radio offers macro and micro tuning ability which offers the most sophisticated tuning available. Les has completed his professional repairs and the radio is a fantastic player. Les has added a mini-jack for your choice of modern input device. You can listen to your phone, pad or computer using this connection. Bluetooth is available for $25! This is an extremely large and heavy radio, so shipping will cost a bit more. 21-1/4"H x 17"W x 12"D.
