THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This is the nicest example of this very scarce radio. The entire radio is covered with repwood, which is a casted combination of wood and rubber. Due to the delicate nature of these 80 year old coverings, seldom do you find this level of perfection. The radio is dramatic with the texture of the castings with the classical decorative elements. The radio is the more deluxe model with the decorative coverings on four sides. The radio is a five-tube super-het that plays on AM only. Les has done his highly professional repairs and the aged resistor line has been replaced with a modern and safe polarized power cord and plug. Les has added to the radio a mini-jack to allow the connection of any modern type of input device. Listen to any content of your choice or add a Bluetooth receiver for only $25. This is a rare model in prime condition! 10-1/2"W x 8"H x 5-3/4"D. |
