You are looking at the finest example of this early radio built into an oversized classic Bombay chest. The scale is stunning with the very fine hand matched book matched veneers. I could find no fault with the condition, the finish is excellent and original. The radio has the fine metal capped wooden knobs and factory installed speaker cloth. Every element of this radio screams of the extraordinary care the radio has received over the last eight decades. The radio plays well for such an early set, with decent selectivity and sound level. My technician has returned all elements of the radio to factory new specs, and added a fine silk/cotton reproduction power cord and plug for safe and regular use. A real show piece; it will be a terrific item to add to your office or den. This radio is an impressively sized set at 16-1/2"W x 11"H x 11"D.
