Airline was the house brand name for Montgomery Wards. These radios were sold both to retail and catalog customers. This particular model sports the combination of the "tele-dial" and a bright new green tuning eye that winks as you tune from station to station. The cabinet is in remarkable original condition and the radio retains all of the factory installed speaker cloth and engraved fancy wood knobs. Les has completed his professional repairs and the radio sings as new. He added an mini-jack at no additional cost, to offer you an unlimited source of content. The radio is a five-tube "All American Five" playing both AM and Shortwave. This is a large table radio offering a big sound. 23-1/2"W x 12-1/2"H x 11"D.
