THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

You are looking at one of the iconic tombstones that made Zenith famous. The brightly lit 6-inch dial was the source of the "black dial" fame with fly wheel tuning. The radio is a six-tube super-het which receives both AM and Shortwave. The cabinet condition is original with a tiny sliver missing on the top back edge (please see the photo). The speaker cloth is a correct reproduction and the radio is complete with the iconic wood "Z" knobs. The radio is a tremendous player with great selectivity and sound quality. Les has done a complete repair with all of the aged parts which have failed being replaced and those that might be prone to future failure. He added a mini-jack to allow you an unlimited choice of content along with a fresh power cord and plug for your safe operation. These radios are a collector favorite, which good reason: they are terrific radios. 18"H x 13-1/2"W x 10-1/2"D.
