Zenith 6-S-128 Tombstone (1937)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Here is one of the finest playing Zenith tombstones you could wish to own. The radio features a excellent flywheel tuning and an oversized and brightly backlit 7" black dial. The radio plays on both Broadcast and Shortwave. The powerful six-tube chassis plays into a full sized 8" speaker. The radio is in original factory finish. The cabinet shows a minor amount of wear, normal for 79 year old set, with all of the factory installed speaker cloth and iconic "Z" wood knobs. The performance of this model is what made Zenith famous. Les has done a fine repair to the cleanest condition copper colored chassis you will ever find for a radio of this age. The radio is a dramatic player with the huge sized cabinet. Les has added a mini-jack to this radio, as it is a fine model to listen to on a regular basis. His repairs also included a new power cord and plug for safe operation. 22-1/2"H x 17"W x 11"D.
