You are looking at an exceptional example of this blue-chip radio. Note the correct reproduction speaker cloth and factory installed knobs. The finish is terrific, showing the minimal wear of 75 years. The radio comes with a photocopy factory supplied owner's manual that was sent with the radio when new. Seldom will you find such a nice one owner radio! Les has replaced all of the components required to update the radio and ensure that you enjoy problem free ownership. Note the nos 6E5 eye tube which winks as you tune from station to station. We replaced the spent eye tube with this new 6E5; it shines bright with a great deal of sensitivity. The motor drive works perfectly, in both directions. I doubt you will ever find a better example of this highly prized blue-chip radio, and you will be amazed by the performance. Note this is the 1938 version, which has the paper tag on the bottom of the cabinet but no chassis stamp. Preinstalled mini-jack at no charge; you will love listening to this radio! 23-1/4"H x 17-3/4"W x 13"D.
