Those of you who regularly shop my pages here on the Attic have heard me sing the praises of these all-American favorites. These sets represented the very best of the middle to better end of the radio world circa 1938. The styling with the super 6-1/2" black dial and very reliable super-het chassis made them a true workhorse performer. The photo finish covering the cabinet is in decent condition. The top shows a bit of wear. My technician has done a complete repair. The work includes replacement of the filters and caps as needed with anticipation of all that can go wrong. The radio's other components have been checked for the proper values and a new line cord and plug added for your safe operation.
