THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
You are looking at a very seldom seen tombstone from Emerson Radio. This large radio, is in terrific original condition with all of the factory installed parts including all of the wood knobs. The radio cabinet was made by the famed New York based Ingraham Clock Co., known for the fine veneer work and dramatic finishes. The dial is a dual tuning "watch style" with dual dial pointers and micro/macro tuning. The radio is a fantastic receiver, with a brand new super sensitive tuning eye with opens and closes in a dramatic fashion. This is a dual band (AM/SW) set with a eight-tube super-het chassis. My tech has done a fine job in making the repairs needed. As I play this radio, the sound quality and selectivity is very impressive. Seldom do you find a radio of this age in such fine condition. 22"H x 17-1/2"W x 12"D. |
