Lyric S-50 Cathedral by Wurlitzer (1933)
(wood tube cathedral radio)

Lyric S-50 Cathedral by Wurlitzer (1933)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is a fine example of a never seen radio. The radio was made with all of the high styling, that Wurlitzer brought to market. The compact five-tube is an early super-het, and offered a contrasting black dial. The radio is in pristine factory original condition. The finish is excellent. It retains a fine speaker cloth and highly detailed wooden knobs. The radio also has the metal Wurlitzer tag on the arch, an often missing cabinet tag. The radio was a easy repair for my tech, as it has been well cared for the many decades. This is a set for the most discriminating collector. 16-1/2"H x 13"W x 9-1/2"D.
