This is one of the most distinctive of the large "black dial" tombstones offered by Zenith Radio. The monstrous eight-tube super-het chassis plays through a very large eight-inch speaker. This deluxe model sports a dramatically large cabinet, which only makes the sound all the better. The finish and veneer of the cabinet are all original and in excellent condition; you can see the dramatic design that Zenith used with the various exotic veneers. The chassis is equally clean and has been completely repaired by my technician and his work has returned the radio to factory new specs in every respect. This model offers the largest of the black dials, measuring a full eight inches across. The dial is lit with multiple light bulbs, offering a dramatic effect. There was every whistle and bell on this model including tone controls; so you not only get a great looking radio, but one to listen to in a deluxe way. 22-1/2"H x 15-1/2"W x 12-1/2"D.
