Here is a very scarce and unusual tombstone. With a small number of these made, they are in collections and seldom for sale. These were fine radios, using a high powered eight-tube super-het chassis. The radio sports a HUGE bubble domed dial, measuring 7-1.2" high and 11" wide in an oval shape. Added to the mix is a bright new eye tube, winking with a great sensitivity as you dial between the stations. The condition is terrific, with a fine factory finish, speaker cloth and special engraved wood knobs. My technician did a great repair, and this is a very fine playing radio. In over a decade, there has only been one other of these offer for sale on the entire website, clearly a fine and scarce radio to own. The radio is a very large model at 21"H x 16"W x 13-1/2"D.
