All of the people who regularly visit my pages, always hear me tout the quality of Zenith radios. The company was simply the most solid middle priced radio made in America. The set you are looking at is a great example of American made quality. Stable and sensitive in the reception and a fine response in sound quality are several of the proper adjectives to describe this set. The cabinet is made of the finest American Walnut, and is in very good original condition. Note the finely crafted wood knobs with the embossed Zenith logo, and the large six inch diameter black dial. In a darkened room, the radio springs to life with a bright backlit dial. Make note this example is the "copper chassis" model and the condition of the metal is very good. The radio sports a full range six inch speaker which plays out the top of the radio. The radio has received a complete repair. This is a great set! 14"W x 12"H x 10-1/2"D.
