U.S. Apex 305-6 Cathedral (1932)
(wood tube cathedral radio)

U.S. Apex 305-6 Cathedral (1932)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

This is a super smaller early super-het. Very ornate with the use of multiple veneers, with the arch made of birds eye maple. The five tube chassis does a very respectable job with good selectivity and a surprising amount of volume. This is a smaller sized set, designed for smaller spaces, but with all of the decorative flourishes of a living room quality set. The radio was restored easily, as it was well kept and cherished by the former owners. My technician has replaced all of the old caps and filters, aligned the tuner, and gave the radio the works. He has fitted a fine silk/cotton reproduction power cord and plug for your safe operation. 14-1/2"H x 13-1/2"W x 7-1/2"D.
