THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
This is one of the scarcer Atwater Kent tombstone numbers, you will ever see. The radio looks a lot like a model 456, but it has a six-tube chassis that plays dual bands. The radio has all of the distinctive A-K styling and quality. The set has received the entire fine and though restoration that my technician can offer. All of the filters and caps are replaced with the very best current replacements. The set plays as good as new, with the fine reproduction power cord and Bakelite plug. The radio is a remarkable example for a seventy plus year old example. A-K made some of the finest radios of this era, and this is a fine example of the quality. 19"H x 14"W x 10"D. |
