Atwater Kent was one of the very best makers of this era. They had a fine reputation for the extreme care in the engineering and cabinet making. This radio is a terrific example of their fine talents. The condition of this radio is extremely fine as well, so you are looking at a particularly nice set. Everything looks to be factory original, including the power cord and plug, still acceptable and supple after all of these years. My technician has replaced the filters and caps. The radio is a solidly good sounding set! 17-1/2"H x 13"W x 8"D.
