Emerson "Library" (1947)
(cloth/leather tube novelty radio)

Emerson "Library" (1947)

THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD!

Radio was such an important part of everyday life, there were sets made to display in every room. This set looks like a finely leather bound set of books. The radio has been well cared for over the years, with one small repair to the spine, where the cover opens. I had a professional bookbinder do this repair, which makes the worn area virtually invisible. At 11-1/4"W x 8"H x 7"D, This radio is perfectly designed to be used in an office or den. The radio has a complete restoration and plays great. The radio has a complete back, and is an outstanding example of a radio seldom seen.
