Knight Radios were exclusively made for the fine catalogue, sent coast to coast by Allied Radio from Chicago. They would contract from better makers and house brand the sets. This is one of those sets and a special one too. This is a most impressive radio. The set has one of the largest table black dials I have ever seen. The dial measures 8" in diameter, and is brightly lit when the set is playing. The tuning eye is very bright and strong, closing as it should when a station is finely tuned. My technician has carefully restored this exceptional set, replacement filters, caps and a through restoration complete with a new power cord and plug for safety. The large cabinet, and the six tubes, three-band radio has a tremendous sound. If you are looking for the largest black dial with bright green tuning eye, I think you found a terrific one to add to your collection. 22-1/2"W x 12"H x 11"D.
