| Get ready to hear a jukebox size sound from this large table tombstone. I was pleased to find this scarce set, knowing the dual speakers were going to make it sound great. The radio has been refinished at some point, and it is a decent job. The heavy lacquers were removed and I would describe the wood, as American walnut. Nice and unusual color and nice veneer work on the face. The final finishes are glossy. I mentioned the size, which is 18"H x 17"W x 12-1/2"D. So if you collect these very fancy and prestigious tombstones from the late 1930s, this set is worthy of your consideration. You will be impressed with the radio! |
