THIS RADIO HAS BEEN SOLD! |
You are looking at one of the most interesting novelty radios ever made! This set, housed in a walnut case, looks like a miniature piano. The radio details the larger inspiration, down to a keyboard. The condition of this radio is good. Yes, it shows some age, as it was made 70 years ago. The keyboard, being an early plastic, has shrunk a little from age, but not too noticeable. The radio has had a complete electronic makeover, including, filters, caps and tubes. The radio is a very fine player, and has a very nice sound for a small table radio. A great classic, and moderately priced! 9-1/2"W x 11-1/2"H x 11-1/2"D. |
